This is the weight bucket off my uncles tractor, it was perfect at the beginning of the summer(first pic) but we used it all summer at his flea market and the pot holes in the lot there just killed it, we took it off and my dads going to build a new one.

JMHO, but weight buckets are a waste. Sure you need a counter weight on the back, but to me it makes much more sense to put something on the back of the tractor that has some use, like a box scraper. Most are in the 400-500 lb. range and don't take up much more space than a weight bucket. How did that bucket get all busted up just hanging there doing nothing?

Ya I have tried talking him into a back hoe, but he won't get one. He needed some type of ballast because his house is on a huge hill. It got like that because there was alot of weight in the weight bucket and we have been driving the tractor this for the last 9 months at his flea market and the numerous potholes finally took its tool.
