broken winshield and back window insurance issur

    I called my agent friday at about 3:30 and left a message with my issue. I called back at 4:45 and got the machine again. I waited until I got home from work at 7 and called the after hours person and had to leave another message and haven't heard back as of yet. WTF? I pay them on time. I'm not sure what to do. I was vandalized at some point thursday night and didn't discover the problem until it became noticeable friday. The tiny cracks grew and the back window is totally gone out of my 250.

  2. i know my agents are not in on saturdays and will be there monday morning.

    How about fridays? Is yours open at least till five? That was my first call. How about having after hours service and not returning my call either. I pay these guys over 4,000 per year between business and personal. I expected to have the process started at least and have minimal downtime with my vehicles.

    Probably should call the 1800 number, Agents anymore just take your money and quote you prices. Call Flo!

    thanks Clyde. I called the 800 number and got my questions answered and an appointment for repair.

    Sorry WBW if I expect more from my insurer they have dozens of agents and assistants, not to mention 24 service. This is one of the reasons I decided to use them. He called me yesterday afternoon and left me a message. He just wanted to let me know I wasn't being ignored, he just got and I quote "wicked busy" Friday. He then said he was away for a few days. Regardless, I got them both fixed at safellite with minimal downtime.
