Bunton

    Hey guys, to the people with more experience how hard is to operate a Bunton 36'' Z, it has hydros i recently got 1 but it seems to have a very difficulty and unsafety controls,or it is just me that i am used to operate Exmark and Toro mowers,any tips of how operate this mower will be appreciated.Thank you:):):):)

    post a pic so we can see the controls.

    How old is it? some of those early Bunton hydro units were a little quirky, as I recall.

    i will get some pic.tomorrow,and the age i dont know but it has a 17 hp kawasaki engine.thank you .

    My Bobcat has the same z controls and when I first got it i felt the same as you. I almost took it back to the dealer because I could not get the hang of the controls, but, After a little frustration I finally "hooked-up" with it and was operating it as if I had had it for years and will not have anything else. Also, if your Bunton is like my Bobcat (and i'm sure it is) you can flip the rear wheels around giving it a wider stance which will take some of the quickness out the steering. Hang in there. It's well worth it. Hope this helps.

    Also flipping the wheels for a wider stance makes it a beast on hills.

    thank you, i will keep trying maybe more practice is all it takes ,because i feeled like a beginner when i was trying it ,thanks again

    No sweat man. I Would also set your speed control bar to about half way while you're getting used to it.
