Fire ants suck. I purchased sod once that was full of them and they ate my arse up. Called and had them pick the sod up and deliver some more. Doctor prescribed Clobetasol Propionate gel for poison ivy and I use it on fire ant bites. Does take the itch out but you have to apply it tw/three times/day.

I have found out that a good hot shower takes the burn out of them... Believe it or not.

Fact of life in Florida. A good long soak in my spa with heat jacked up works wonders.:usflag:

I took possession of a hot tub in lew of payment (knew I wasn't going to collect). All I need now is to run the 220 and I will find out if the spa theory works.
