Just wanted to get some price quotes on bush hogging. Were new to the business and just trying to learn the ropes. Its approx 1000 acreas of undeveloped area. It's lakefront property with some trees. Any advice you guys could give us would be greatly appreciated.

1000 Acres????Forget the bushhog, you are going to need something mammoth to clear that. Can't remember the name of the machine but it looked like a giant snowblower on the front minus the discharge. Dam thing ate through about 20 acres of hillside in a couple of days. Man, that thing was awesome. Sorry about the name though, i just can't think.

I charge $65.00 an acre here. You are going to need a pretty big tractor with 4x4 and a big bush hog on the back to tackle that.
