If I have customers that want their hedges taken care of also is it better either way to include them in a monthly price with the lawn or do them as an extra service a few times a year??? Thanks

separate charge every three months, specify which months up front and put everything in writing.

Last season, I wasn't using contracts, so I just did a separate charge for every trimming. This year I am going to contracts so I will estimate the trimmings (2 times a year) based on size and how I will remove the clippings. Then I will build it into the final price then devide by 12 for the monthly totals. good luck
