I am toying with the idea of selling my landscape maintenance company. Does anyone have any good advice for getting the most bang for the buck? Been in business since 98 and really want to explore new avenues. It is ALL commercial maintenance with a very strong portfolio. I am DONE though!!! Give me some tips people... please?

Get two year contracts signed and then sell the leases, equipment, trucks and name as a package.

If I could go back... I'd keep my business and pay guys to manage it. Especially if you want to get into landscaping/ tree work. Good Luck

Find an A & D (acquistion and diversture) company to help you.
