I am looking to have a first set of biz cards done up for next year . I dont need a ton as of yet, probably 500 is fine. Where can I get a good deal, ebay? or is their another site where any of you have had good luck?

    Thanks!

Officemax, etc. 1,000 is not much more than 500. Only cost me about $50 with beige colored paper card, blue and green lettering and one logo.

Go to VistaPrint. You can get some business cards for free. You have to pay shipping though. Always a catch. I think I ended up paying $8 for like 500 or so. Great for just starting out, since you don't know exactly what you want to say yet!

For $55 you can get 500 cards, full color both side. Check it out here http://48hourprint.com/pricing_bcards.html

If you want to spend a little less, for $41 you can get full color, one side at http://postcardwarehouse.com

Both these online print shops offer gloss on their cards. I have personally done business with postcardwarehouse and Bob is great to work with. I just ordered 1000 postcards from 48hourprint about 15 minutes ago. I plan on ordering 1000 brochures, 5000 doorhangers and 10,000 sales sheets from a combination of these two places next spring.

I have used the vistaprint site a couple of times. first 250 was like 6 bucks and the second order was like $20. first 500 pay shipping, extra 500 for a few bucks more. Lots of stock logo stuff to choose from. I also got a digi version of the card I can sign emails with.
