Are any of you guys familiar with the Business Integrity Commission ?? I am in Staten Island and the Dept. of Sanitation has banned landscapers from leaving grass clippings in bags at the customers house. Prior to this new law the law was that as long as you were not charging the customers to bag the clippings you could leave them on the premises. Now all clippings must be taken by the landscape companies.

In order to dump the clippings at Fresh Kills you must be a member of the Business Integrity Commission. I just received the application (which is 46 pages) and getting ready to send it in.

Do any of you have any info on this??????
