Busted Glass

    Welp busted my 1st car glass today...

    it was a PT crusier the hatch back window.

    wonder how much this will cost me....:cry:

    Dude, I feel your pain.
    First car window I broke was some pos Suzuki - $265.00 for that episode.
    My crews have kept the local window place in business to the tune of $1,827.00 this year alone.
    You name it they broke it but now they are paying for it as well.

    holy CRAP.........

    265.00 I was thinking maybe I'll get outta this one for 200.00

    there goes yesterdays profits....

    hate to here that but for a pt cruiser rear window I would bet it is close to 300 or more

    if its a new one and has rear defrost then you are looking around 400 to 475,around this town.

    I used to work for safelite auto glass.That is an encapsulated glass, meaning that The glass and the frame that everything attaches the glass to the car is one part. Look for the bill to be around 500 to 600.

    ok guys found out today....

    it's 321.00
    KTO,..... I know you didn't mean too, but you sure made me loose some sleep last night..... LOL

    But it did prepair me... 321.00 didn't sound so bad,,,,

    IM sorry. I guess the price of the glass for them has come down. It was 03 when I did one last and I remembered them being kinda high. Probably more common now so prices are a little less.
