I'm in the market for a new mower. Do you really get a better deal at a trade show or do the dealers get the same deals?

  2. Most manufactures usually won't sell to an individual. The dealers in that area usually get them.

I was at a trade show last year I believe it was at a Gravely Mfg. booth and the guy told me I could buy it from the distributor closest to me.

At the trade shows around here, dealers are the one with the booths and have manufactures reps and other higher ups to help with questions and what not. Some will run specials. Not the best though. I've found that odds and ends are really cheap though. Like gps trackers, software hand tools and stuff like that.
