This week I sold my Scag Turf Tigers and am going to buy 2 new mowers. I am going to go with 60" Toro 28hp Turbo Force or If I go with Exmark I am going with the 28hp motor with either the Ultra deck or the Triton deck. Please help me make up my mind. Thanks!!

    hello ,
operate all machines if u can at dealer etc
The triton may have issues in some grasses [read articles on LS ]

The ultra cut is tried and tested ,good performer etc

The turbo force is at least equal to the ultra cut in quality of cut
Durability 7guage sides and deck top :weightlifter:
tapered roller bearings in the spindles :weightlifter:
    cast iron spindle housings:weightlifter:
upgradeable to the grounds master spindles super strong :weightlifter: [strongest spindles on ztr market]

The turbo force due to its construction is the prefered unit if u have employees

I have a 60" 28hp Toro and a 60" 27hp Ultra Exmark. They both cut great but I like the Toro more. JMO

I have used all three. owned 2 out of the three. No Tritons for me. I like the toros cut but dont like the ride. I feel the toro cuts better only reason is that you can open the chute if it is wet or thick. The ultra cut does not like wet grass at all. Clump city. The ultra cur has a nicer ride. Can not go wrong with either one.

Both are great machines. Which dealer is offering you the best service? - that's the one i'd pick.

I have to Turbo Force deck on all of my mowers and I haven't experienced anything but an outstanding cut. Whether its long, wet, thick or whatever the Toro's go right through it and leave a nice cut and like what was said above, if you have employees the tubo force deck is built heavier than any other deck out there.
