calcium

    anybody use calcium products in their program? what is a good source of organic calcium? expensive?

    Nutrients Plus 4-4-2 is 9% Calcium

    About $10.00 a bag?

    Good Call, That is exactly what we use up here. Great pricing on all other products as well.

    Do the lawns need it? Test soil and see.
    I like to use calcitic limestone. We need to lime regularly here (usually) here in CT, and I just use a hi-cal limestone instead of dolomite. There are several chelated products out there too.

    upidstay- Where do buy your hi-cal lime and what does it cost. I've been trying to locate some, but most of the places I've called have never even heard of it.

    Prill size varies. Mostly micro. Not a really consistant size particle.

    I buy it at Lesco.
