    California poppy's in full bloom! Don't pick as it's a big fine.

    why a fine? because of opium worries or would it kill the population or something

    The second pic in the first post is actually a BEFORE pic. New account, tons of broadleaf in lawn. Here's some of a small residential and an apartment complex.

    such great area of the country to live and work in. I know in the L.A. area where I have visited a bunch used its all about the Honda 21's, but it looks like you have more open land. What mowers do you use to cut the bigger properties? I see a bunch of Lazer Z's cutting parks out there so thats my guess. Great work man!

    California poppy is the state flower. All those lawns were cut with a Walker, 42" deck.
