    Most towns we work in have odd/even restrictions . Have since I was a kid.

    And that's about how it should be here, in my opinion. Three days a week is fine. If not, the system sucks and should be overhauled for better coverage.

    Seattle surpassed it's record wettest march rain fall ever recorded since 1890 with an expected 10" of rain by the next few days. We typically get a little over 3" for March .

    Is Cali doing any better?
