Call Log

    Does Clip offer a customer call log? A interactive program that tracks each customer's phone calls, requests, and/or problems? Do you provide, or offer, in house set-up & training for the office staff when we get started with the system?

    Yes, we call it a Contact Management System (CMS). It can track all calls/contacts with a customer and it can assign priorities, action items, follow-ups and other actions to each contact. When an item is assigned to another CLIP user, those items will show up on their screen as soon as they log into CLIP.

    The system works very well for complaints, estimates, call-backs and such.

    Is this a seperate add on? I currently have Clip pro.

    CMS is only offered in the Visual version of CLIP Pro.

    If you have CLIPPro 2.6 you would need to upgrade to the Visual version in order to use CMS.
