Can anyone recommend a good rear tine tiller?

    Prices vary on region, number of dealers, etc. Hard to say what a real market price would be. You can "Search Completed Listings" on eBay for get some real-world selling prices.

    Yes, go direct to the rental counter and ask about used units / dates / service logs, etc.

    Caveat: I work for Honda, but the preceding is my opinion alone.

    I've rented a Honda FRS 800.....a BCS 725....and I've owned a Troybilt Horse.....but the best rear tine tiller that I've ever used was a BCS by far. It's a BEAST! It's expensive but it's worth it.
