Can Grass Clippings Produce Grass

    CAN GRASS CLIPPINGS BLOWN ONTO TOPSOIL PRODUCE GRASS?? PLEASE TELL ME

    Of course when it's in seed.

    IM TALKING ABOUT GRASS BLADES with clippings of 2 or 3 inches that do not have seeds on them

    No, blades of grass do not grow grass.
    Grass seed grows grass.

    Clippings no. Grass gone to seed No. Grass seed must stay on stalk all season to produce viable seed. Weeds I am afraid so!

    stolons of grass can make grass if you're talking warm-season grasses

    No i just bet my brother that grass clippings wouldnt and i knew all the pro's in here would be able to stand behind me, THANKS EVERYONE
