This is the first time i have seen this in my clients lawn this season. Its only in an area about 20' X 20' and its very spotty. Thanks for any help or ideas. I havent seen anything like this in any of my clients lawns so im stumped, and the cooperative extension is closed until monday.

Thanks Dave atleast now i have some idea of what im working with. I read on the link u posted that there is no control methods for this fungus?? So then should i just let it run its course or is there something i should do. I skipped mowing my client this week because i wasnt sure if mowing would make it worse or cause it to spread more in the lawn. thanks for all the help

If that is what it is and I don't know if it is, then it is supposedly harmless, so carry on young man.
