The town building dept has a book of all building permits issued. It is public info. Bring a notebook and a pen with you.
In eastern mass there is a compan that compiles all that info for sale to contractors, check your area there may be one there too.

CBI reorts ( current building information) Im pretty sure they are out of Shrewsbury. The woman who owns it started because her husband was a mason and it was her job to do the running to building depts. She figured since she was doing it aleady , why not make $ at it.

yup, just did it, got names and addresses to over 25 subs in my area. I just talked to an appraiser who works in the Assessors Office. The Assessors office is required to keep a list of all Parcels of property and their owners. Any one in the assessors office should be able to do that for you.

you can also go to the public library and get a copy of the city directory. Addresses and the names of the owners.

You can't take it out of the library, but you CAN make copies of pages
