We usually have a lull in the workload each year between now and the time major leaf removal begins. Henceforth, the employees hours are down. One of my guys asked me today if I would not take the taxes out of his check so he could make more.

    Uh...No

Tell him sure. Start claiming 14 dependents and very little taxes will be taken out. Just have to repay it back at tax time. :D

I've got 9 kids, therefore I'm eligible for 11 exemptions. Back when they started the child tax credits, I was still working for The Man, and I did some ciphering and figured out that with the credits, I'd get back everything that was being deducted from my check, so I asked to not have any federal taxes deducted. I'd rather have it for 12 months than have to pay it and then not get it back until the following year.
