My 2003 27 horse Kawasaki Liquid Cooled is burning really rich, I aske dthe Exmark guy and he said that it isn't adjustable. This seems rediculous because it needs adjusting!

Does anyone know how to adjust the carb on these engines??

    Thank you!

This carb. IS non-adjustable, Make sure your air filter flows freely.

Could be a piece of trash under the float needle valve or a worn needle valve not shutting off fuel flow, Could also be a pin hole in the float.

In other words, The carb. should be taken apart and these areas checked.

One way to lean a non adjustable carb out is to lower the float level. This will only change it slightly. But Restrorob's advice is right on of course. You should get it running with his advice. Good luck!
