Has anyone used Carlisle super lugs on a 48" Fastrack Superduty? I mow on some pretty steep slopes with my new SD and would like all the traction I can get! Tearing the grass is not a big concern. Thanks for any input.

I ran Super Lugs on one of my Toro 117 groundsmasters. This one did not have the lift assist springs on that gave it more traction. Those tires easily tore up the grass, especially when it was wet. A milder tire is the HDAP tire. The same tire that go on a lot of JD garden tractors. Tire looks much like an ATV tire. www.cedarrapidstire.com sells them but I don't know if they are open right now yet from the flood. Have you tried wheel weights?

Any other experience out there with aggressive lug tires on a zero turn?
