I'm just starting out doing some work lawn mowing, landscaping, home improvements, and some other work. I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips, leads, or anything else that would help me with my start up. Thanks, and I hope to hear from you soon.

TIP # 1 Don't spit against the wind

What, you do not like it??

anyway-- as a start up I bet you have little income-- and will do anything at any price-- try to avid that at all costs. try to focus on one thing and do that well and price it as if you are the best,
If you are a solo it is hard to do everything good.

getting ready to work your balls off

have people bother you all day and expect you to work for free

    savor sundays

    drink alot

hang out with other contractors and ***** about all the assholes you deal with

take care of people who dont break balls

this is all i can give

oh one more thing, tell the old lady youll see her when the snow flies

unless you do snow removal, then kiss you marriage or girl away
