where would be the best place to find replacement tracks for the cat?
the old ones r comming apart.
Your local CAT dealer.
aftermarket would be fine
www.bairproducts.com they have after market DRB tracks, I did my research, DRB has been around longer than any other rubber track manufacturer, they specialize in non-metal core tracks.
Good luck. I know a guy who bought a set for his 257 and couldn't even get them on because they were too short. The second set they sent him barely fit on the machine. Those tight tracks are going to cause problems with that undercarriage probably to the wheels and bearings. Remember you get what you pay for.
They don't specialize in "non-metal" core tracks..ASV does. What other tracks do they make except for their ASV copy cats that aren't steel cords? Mini-ex's? I know about the company..they are based in South Korea but the tracks are made in China.
ok then thanks for the info
