cat 277b vs. a pallet of sod....

    does anyone have experience using this machine and unloading semi trucks full of sod.......i think it has enough muscle but im not sure... please give me some feedback...thanks

    The operating load on a 277 is 2700 lbs that way more than enough, I use a 246 all the time wth no problems.

    Even the old 267B's could handle that.

    277B is a decent machine for lifting. It'll lift a little more than it's ROC fairly easy.

    well everything went fine....unloaded 2 truck loads of bahia today and machine had more than enough power....thanks for the responses....i just bought me a CAT
