Does anyone know when cat is going to update the 257b to the C series?
End of this year about October, gone is the Perkins 2.2L and they will use the Mitsubishi 3.3 that has been used in the C series, the TIER regs are killing the small engines and the 269 (former 267 MTL) frame is coming in, a narrow track and slightly narrower frame version of the 279C that will compete with Bobcat's T630.
I am not aware of any changes to the 247, that's a small frame to shove a bigger engine into.
And no, I will not get rid of my Takeuchi for a new Cat, I knew of this quite some time ago and thats why I switched to Takeuchi.
