Hey all, I just got set up to accept credit cards, and I'm itching to send out the letter to all my customers to let them know, but a quick question first. Do you process the card weekly or monthly? It would give more consistent cashflow to do weekly, but I'd save 3 transaction charges if I did it monthly. Although that's only gonna be $.69 per customer per month. Less than 1% of my minimum mowing price. I'm leaning toward weekly (day of service). Anyone think I'm an idiot for doing so? If so, let me know why.
