Ouch!! keep your head up, you'll look like a saint when done.

We once had about 20 hours servicing a COPPER system that the landscapers replacing a sidewalk damaged. So many problems, breaks, and then plugged lines. Glad my tech worked on it!!

Damn you guys are hard on landscapers, not all of us are stupid, just about 60%.
I repaired a system that the pool company cut every line except the main and then poured concrete over all of it to cover up all the problems. Of course they had all ready been paid and cashed the checks when the owners tried to fire up the system. I think i had about 10-12 hours repairing and rerouting the wiring and pvc around the pool deck. I read all of the post in the Irrigation section daily, mainly just for laughs, you guys know your stuff. I believe that i will start asking questions to see how good you guys really are.

Manifold rebuild I had yesterday that could have gone up in smoke. Yup, thats a gas line right under the manifold. BTW, one of the pvc tees was split.

    1) what depth was the gas line
    2) what idiot would install a manifold over one
