I have been doing installs and renovations mostly. I need about 25 lawn contracts to fill the cracks. Anybody care to help on pricing out lawns in central florida? Thanks

    wow..

I wish we got that in tampa.

5000 sq ft lots are getting about 60 to 65 a month.

Nice. I should prolly bump to that. Its just that we have lowballers in here. I live in new tampa and the yards are small.

 lowballers. At that rate, it's best to sit on an intersection and have a sign. You'll make more dough.

Sorry, just thought it was funny. Seriously, how can anyone make money at $80/mth for a residential??? HOW?

    :)

I was at a customers house today for a curb job, He was quoted 12.50 per week, so 50.00 a month..its crazy...I dont know why people quote so low but they do.

lol. he'll be one of the guys with the ad on craigslist selling all his equipment for a 4th of what he payed in about 6 months. you cant even go even on that price, much less turn a profit.
