Certificate of Responsibility!!!! Help

    Hey guys...
    Could someone please help me with this....

    I recently put a bid on a nice size commercial job....and actually won it..but wasnt awarded to me...because in MS...you have to have a Certificate of Responsibility for jobs over 50k.....I have contacted some people about this....and i am gettin the push around on it...nobody can give me a direct answer.......Anybody have some leads on this subject pls help me.....thanks guys............Oh..it is a maintenance job by the way....i noticed some of the other bidders had this with there cover.......

    Ask the people you submitted the bid to what it is. It sounds like some kind of insurance certificate (proof of insurance).
