I've got the STIHL FS80 and love it. I'm now looking at chain saws and thinking about the 210, any thoughts?

Get the MS250 instead, more power for about $50 more.

If you want a good saw, buy an MS 250, I own an 064, which is immensely larger but does what I need. the 250 is about the best all rouond homeowner saw out there besides the MS290, which gets a bad rap from pros, but when used for its intended use, cutting wood, will perform very well.

    Right.
    We've got 2 ms170's for light trimming, an ms290 and an ms270.
The 290 is a good saw.
The 270 isn't worth the pricetag.
I will be buying an MS250 soon because it is a good saw with a short bar and lighter weight for most uses other than real grunt work.

My next saw will be a husky 346XP, which is about the same size as an ms250, but a pro saw, and more powerful than the 250.

What is your intended use? Are you looking to fell trees? What size trees? Limbing? There is definately a trade off in the weight/power ratio so knowing your needs are key in your decision.
