charge for soil test?

    no charge if,
    they are a great customer
    then, i only use Penn State Analytical Test ~~~ Turf

    not standard customer, charge $ 40 / test

    He's just trolling. Looking for someone to say they don't charge for it, so he can tell them how stupid they are for not charging. It's a typical booby thread. I'm sure it will end up being 8 or 9 pages long.
