Three weeks ago I couldn't keep up. Now I'm going stir-crazy with so much extra time on my hands. One lady told me ten years ago that she'd never water. Ever. And she never has, and has had to pay a fortune every year for a new lawn. She texted last night that she's going to start watering.

As for charging someone when their lawn doesn't need cut - hell no. I'm on their payroll only to make their life easier. I certainly don't hassle good customers.

way we do it now is determine that '"X" property will get 23 cuts out of 26 potential cuts, take the cut price. multiply by 23 and then divide the total by 6 months, this gives the client 6 equal monthly payments, and you know your revenue flow each and every month.

the estate lots we service who water every other day get a monthly price based on no skipped weeks, but in the contract it states that if we deem in necessary to not cut, we wont, but they do not get a refund.
