tome, thanks. I simply put a counter on the page with the coupon and it changes every time you view it or hit refresh. It doesn't matter that you guys and I rack up the numbers and aren't actually printing them and using them, because all I have to do is make sure I dont' receive two with the same number. The only problem I am having is I have had a couple times the counter did not load. Well no big deal... I will take it anyway! I think it's working correctly now though...
How do you guys like the content of the page? anything i should change there? just right/too much?
    Thanks,
    Eric

I like it, where did you get the coupon counter at?
I'm going to have my daughter put me a web page up, actually she has started it already.
    Good Luck in 03

Years ago (bout 20) I was working in Fairfax Va .... for what was then a good size company (20 crews) ....that owner was 35 at the time n started cutting grass when he was 15

    Good Luck in 2003

"The following pictures were taken 2 days after we did a clean-up on this lawn. You can see it is already going dormant in places. "

The photos following this show a decent amount of leaves/debris on the lawn. A potential customer's thought may be "That lawn doesn't look so good just after being cleaned up!", you may want to rethink the photos and/or caption.

Eric... over all I would say that you did a great job. I did not look through the entire site.
Is there a way that you could "doctor" up a few of the photo's and get a little more green in them?
I would also change the part about being new ... IMO there is no need to tell them that.

    Good job!

    steve, thanks.
tvov, i may do something about that. however i hope most customers understand that there will be some leaves after two days!
    kris,
not sure which photos you are referring to to be honest, all of them except the lawn after a cleanup were the nicest pics I have! They don't look good?
Really, could you be alittle more specific? Thanks, also I may take out the "new" part.
    Thanks all,
    Eric

    Eric,

I just thought that in a few of the pics that the grass was a bit brown ... if you had weather anything like ours last year it was tough to find a real nice looking property unless it was irrigated.
Best of luck to you in 2003! I'm sure you will have a record breaking year.

    A few more suggestions...

As far as the pics, remove the one with the brown patches.

If you use that font at the very least try a couple different font sizes.

I would simplify the explanation of each service a little. There are also words used wrong, There is an un-something or other that I believe isn't even a word.

I do like the layout, I would say 90% is great, just polish some areas up.

Seems you are trying too hard to sell yourself. Get a bunch of opinions on wording, some sentences just do not fit right.

And the customer login page? and the coupon page has some incorrect text layout causing clipping.

AND how exactly will the customer login work? Where does their service records come from? And please don't tell me you delivered and installed any amount of mulch for $49?

I am not criticizing, just giving you my input which you asked for. Its a much better site than a lot I have seen, just needs a little here and there.:D
