    Nice, any construction shots? How did you make up the curves? You didnt laminate them, I see a lot of screws. Did you rip them down into 1/4" or les and bend and screw as you went? Cut the top rails out of 2x12's?

    No I didn't get any construction shots...which is pretty bad because it is my back yard:laugh:. No it is not laminated. i started with a 4x8 sheet of 1/4" masonite ripped into 8 foot lengths then molded around the beams. then layered 1/4" marantie in 4 foot pieces to give me the the same thickness and width as a 2x6 and you finish with what you see. It took me alot of thinking to figure out what I was doing. Oh btw the railing was made out of a 2x8, I think I might paint it white to make it poop a little and match the metal work on my house?:confused:
