How do I remove iron stains from my shirts?
is it a white t shirt try bleach,
buy new shirts for spring lol ..be careful it will stain concrete as well. i like to see that when im selling my service to a tgcl acct.
There is a product in the laundry section of the grocer's that will do it. I can't remember the name, but I think it's iron-out. Comes in a box about 6" tall, box is white with red writing. Wife used to use it all the time. I'll check with her in the morning for the product name.
Oxalic acid will do the job. Look for WOW in the store laundry section. Neal
Rustaid is sold in local hardware stores here. It is oxalic acid. Works on clothes, fiberglass tanks and our white trucks. We use it on concrete as well, but be careful on pavers. If they are colored with iron oxide it will fade them. We know, from experience.
Want it on the net
Greg, Thanks for the heads-up on the paver issue. I'll get a memo to my techs right away. Merry Chriatmas!! Neal
