I like to do a longevity bonus of $100.00 per each year of employment.

What do you all like to give as a bonus?

    Merry CHRISTmas to all!!

Mine never make it to Christmas so 2 years in a row I have not had to think on that. I use to get the smaller 100 dollar bonuses then that got moved to a weeks pay which back then I was 900 a week salary. I was very happy with that but one look at my buddy Joe's bonus and I always felt mine sucked. He does car stereo and alarms and has been at the place for more then a decade. The cool thing is he does any wiring I need on my trucks and trailers free. Any ways I do not know how or why the lady that owns that company gives him this but he gets 10-11k each Christmas as his bonus. He then has the nerve to cry about his job and how he wants to find a new one.

$100 per year or service isn't bad, but I think I would start the bonus at $300..... But I guess it would really have to be handled on a case by case basis. I would have a hard time paying a $300 bonus to a first year man that cant show up on time and misses alot of work.
