    Okay, here's the property.

The church is quarter of an acre.

These hedges are all formal shaped.

    1 - 4ft x 4 ft x 95ft hedge
    5 - 3.5ft x 4.5ft hedges
    8 - 8ft x 5ft hedge

Lawn - quarter of an acre with leaves in certain areas.

The equipment I'll be using is in my profile which you guys could see!

how much would you guys charge for this?

Thanks guys! I'll be back with the apartment bid as well.

I was thinking $600 for the one shot bang and then $100 to maintain the yard weekly or bi weekly?

    What do you guys think?

How many hours do you think it'll take you to complete the job?

$100 for weekly mowing a quarter acre I think is high unless your talking about keeping up on the bushes, shrubs etc.. I just got my church its 8 acres and two homes of the priests, I'll be doing for $400 a cut.

Here in FL a 1/4 acre lot fetches $25 per cut. Hedges bring $40 per hour.

$20-40 mowing depending on how long it takes and how often are you going to be doing the bushes/ shrubs and when was the last time they were done?
