Along with prevailing wage comes certified payroll. Boss must submit.

Deviate from specs with no change order...you don't get paid.

That monstrosity is (or was) sitting in my local Ewing store. I call it the James Bond backpack jet propulsion system. Looks like a 1970s Bond toy that he flew around with.

he's stubborn! I worry about him

a texan living north of the mason dixon is like transplanting a palm tree into the tundra....

    no bueno for palm....

    says this loud mouth

then again, if he's texan, he's probably bounced out of there by now and my metaphor will have been outdated...

    ______

do yall northerners have snow yet?

It wasn't mysteriously. He chose to leave. It was one person in particular.... but hey.... I guess his occasional mention of remote pigtails was too much for this guy. On the bright side we now have a dude hocking some sort of sprinkler collar to replace Peter..... Personally I'll take the occasional mention of a pigtail over the relentless push of a gimmick.

I think Pete is doing just fine. I email with him once in a while. Fishing, following politics, and enjoying life with his pup.

If you're retired, the mountain area of montana seems like a pretty nice place to retire for me. I'm glad for pete coming up here
