    He said they were looking to buy. Hopefully they found a broker that told them honestly what you can and cannot do with wetland/scrub habitat. Like I said if they want wide open fields there is plenty of old pastures they can buy. Another alternative is abandoned citrus groves. During the canker scare many farmers just let them grow over. They can be easily cleared and the topsoil skimmed off and sold for great profit. A lot of large subdivisions were former groves.

    Not trying to be a dick. You threw out a figure and even offered to come down to do it. I've said it so many times , estimating is the single most important business skill you have to learn. I know you're a young guy to the business and just trying to help you get some more knowledge.
