Place your company logo in a file called:

    cologo.bmp

and place it in the BMP folder under the CLIP folder.

    Hope this helps.....

Also, all of the bmp files should be in the BMP folder under CLIP.

Sorry, hit the wrong button, I hate laptops...... :)

    1. Create a BMP named:
    cobkgrnd.bmp
    2. Drop it in the vclip\bmp folder

    3. Open CLIP

    4. Pull down the System Menu

    5. Click on System Setup

    6. Click on Choose Background

    7. Click on Company Background

    8. Click on Save.

That should do it. Some of the steps might be different because of the version of CLIP you are using but they will be close.

    HTH.....

Tried for about 2 hours and still having problems. I appreciate your help with this, but I will need some extra training with this. I need a manual or some thing that can explain all my questions in detail, when I recieved my software there was no manual and the reciept said it was on back order.

Please call 800-286-1709 for software support and we can either walk you through this, it should only take a few minutes or we can connect to your computer and do it for you. When you call, make sure that you have your CLIP number ready.

As far as the manual, if you purchased it recently, you can certainly request one to be mailed to you or you can download it directly from our website.

Either way, we are here to help you with any questions.

If you can give me your CLIP number, I can check on the manual and anything else that we need to do to help you.

    Thanks,
    Dave Tucker
