I have the opportunity to bid on about 500,000 sq ft of commercial parking lots..Some of the lots have already been crack filled...What would some ballpark sq ft prices be? Regardless of this bid im still in the market for a tank set up...Any info would be greatly appreciated..

stripes ? no stripes?restripe?cracks should be done by the foot width n depth depending...as for just sealcoating the lot....if its 500,000 sq ft,you,ll likely need a distributar to either set you a tank or be open when this lot is not being used...or you can get most any manufacturer to sell you 5k gallons at a time....i dont know what to tell you to charge seems we all differ on that here.i can honesly tell you its going to cost you a yr round average of 3.5 to 4.5 cents a foot....hope it helps...if you cant get a rig let me know...a buddy of mine has a nice one hes parting with....seems skin cancer n sealcoating dont mix
