"Tho shall not be a scrub"

  3. Tho shall not pee in the bushes.

A code of ethics is about the same as morals.

Are you looking for an employee handbook?

I would recomend reading Ross Perots book "My life and The Principles for Success." He tells how he built a multi-billion dollar company based on ethics and how it applies to all companies big and small.

I shalt not be a scrub.

I shalt not pee in da bushes.

I shalt not hit a tree and "warp my deck" while looking at a chick next door.

I shalt not drive the Ranch King.

    all kidding aside-

Be the best that I can be, and do the best that I can do.

Treat others as I would want them to treat me.

Always be professional in every way.

    .....there are a few more.

    Statement of Company Principles...

    1. Our values with respect to our clients and employees...
    2. That we will treat people honestly and fairly in all situations.
    3. That we will create a comfortable environment in which to work and do business.
    4. That we will be open to problems and complaints, and work quickly to fair resolution.
    5. That we will present a professional image and work safely.
    6. That we will have a “can do” attitude.
    7. That we will stand behind our commitment of quality and service.

Our operational priorities will be to...

    1. Identify and actively seek clients who value our level of commitment.
    2. Design our systems to meet the needs of our clients, and operate with the highest efficiency.
    3. Improve the quality of our client’s landscape asset over time.
    4. Select, train and retain employees capable of executing our Company mission, reward and promote superior performance.

    With Regards... devildog

Do unto others as you would have done unto you.

I think I heard of that somewhere before.
