I have used greenflag for 2 years - with less than a 50% return rate - I found that , as much of a pain as it is, I am the best collections person. I make phone calls, and stop at their house with collection letters. Once, I had the paper work ready to file in small claims court, left that message adn the check was ready the next day. It's ugly, but it's part of the business.

I have sent two debtors to them and still nothing. They would call and ask me info on the debtors at first then nothing. I called several times to check the progress and they rarely return phone calls.

Have you ever sent one to litigation? I think they keep half but it seems worth it.

I think that might be their last step. Their attorney did contact me about the debtor, but this was back in January and haven't heard anything since.
