College Student looking for help

    I have been mowing lawns for about four years now mainly for my parents now i have seperated off and started my own business and trying to get new customers has been tough my parents have given me the yards that they do not want but i want to be able to get the good yards how would i come about doing this i am interested in hearing different ways you all have started out your businesses.

    Give out flyers with your specs - experience, services, prices, and contact information. Also look for the lawns that seem to be out of shape more. Then once you get these looking great, people will notice your quality, and then your reputation starts.

    Works well for me.
