how much should i charge a commercial property? In summer time should take 4 of my guy about 30 mins, and 45 mins in the winter because of the leaves. not much mowing and weedeating. mostly blowing because of big parking lot. and probably trim as needed. Thanks for your help guy.

the way i look at it is that is two hours labor four half hours in man hours, add in your overhead (travel and gas etc...) what percent profit you are looking for and adjust price accordingly...around here that type of property would range from 70 to 170...if it is an owner who wants a legit(INSURED/BONDED) the higher price is more likely to get it because of his costs...otherwise the owner will likely pick the lower price and not necessarily get the best service...but...in these cases you seldom deal with any personal contact with owner/manager and thus fewer headaches...if it is a govt job remember lowest bid gets it...also may want to figure in what other work may come from this if you get the job...

procut may be in Ny with that price. Down here in the south if you give out that price you wont have any customer at all. Seriously.
