Has anyone built up a good relationship with a commercial account that has allowed you to diversify from lawn maintenance, landscaping........resulting in letting you earn extra money doing other types of labor at their site?

    Thanks for any input.

At one shopping center that I maintain, I'll change the outside light bulbs, clean graffiti, and put up X-mas lights.

LOL....sorry not laughing at you, just laughing at memories you just brought up from one particular commerical account. Basically by the end of the year I was helping them network the computers in their building.

    Dvm,

I do quite a bit of additional work at my commercial accounts.

Just curious if anyone else does.

I no longer plow snow because of this.

Steady work in the winter months is a beautiful thing in this business (at least in Indiana)
