    Pricing a 33 acre complex.

I would like to have your idea of price, based upon 25 times of mowing.

Also 2 applications of fertilizer & spray. granular & liquid broadleaf control.

90 % is open area. There are a few drainage areas but nothing major. A few evergreens here and there. A massive sign with block around it, & a massive flower garden to trim around.

With that much open area a good larger lawn tractor or garden tractor pulling 2-3 pull type mowers like the Acre ease 60" cut models could really pay off in reducing hours spent mowing. On a "basically" flat lawn a 16hp or higher could easily pull 2 if not 3 of them. I pulled 2 Swisher 60" trail mowers up a 20 percent grade with a 12hp Wheel Horse tractor. Trail mowers pull really easy on flats and moderate grades. The Acre ease mowers can be setup with extra hitches so you can pull 2 or more together.

For just the mowing - $33,000/year.
Minimum of $6,000 for the fert and $3,000 for the liquid weed app.

It is low cause commerical bids always go low for the most part. I figured on 21K to mow and 8K for fert & squirt.

25 and some change is low,(per acre) but I agree...cheap is in for commercials. It helps mowing with wide area mowers also... 133 acre to treat is reasonable for a propety this size. IMHO:)
