Commercial bid check

    37,000 sq ft of turf

    23,000 sq ft fairly flat
    10,000 sq ft fairly steep
    4,000 sq ft real steep (35-40 degrees)

    Mowed 4 times a month.

    2,000 ft of edge/trim

    edged 2 times a month

    I would have to see it to know :confused: Maybe 500 a month is it comercial or residential that makes a diference. I can't bid something with out seeing it. what would you bid on it. I have a 90,000 sq ft that is all really flat and kinda spread out I do it for $150 a time is that to cheap? takes about 2 hrs with 2 guys

    $500?? $590?? Thats about $140 an acre and would be great but if you can get anyone to pay that, more power to ya'. Figure out how long it will take you to mow and charge $35 to $40 per man hour, and don't forget travel time, equipment, etc...

    It seems my bid is within the margin here...

    I think I will bid $500 x 12 months = $6,000 annual (including minor extras)
